BASIC TOP DOWN
Traditional Bird's Eye View type. The Basic has the main concept without any key measurements and just the basic details. Suited for the broad concept of the Landscaping Scope of Works and used mainly with Rental Properties and Quick Makeovers for House Sales. A plant schedule is always supplied unless asked not to.
LANDSCAPE CONCEPT
Adding extra detail to the Basic Top Down including key indicators of overland water flow, critical measurements, product suggestions and Covenant stipulations. Used for those wanting a plan to show a Structural Landscape Company or costing for DIY, and Landscape Plan Submissions for new builds to meet Developers approval.
PERSPECTIVES
The most requested of our options for new builds or significant landscape makeovers. Using photos of your property or drafted plan sketches, a 3D rendered sketch is applied to give you a better idea of what the actual design will look like. Perspectives come with a Basic Top Down plan that ties the designs together nicely.
PLANTING PLAN
For the smaller and less dense planting schemes the varieties and numbers will be incorporated onto the main plan. With the larger and massed plantings there will be a separate planting schedule. All plants will be listed and with them a photographic Plant Gallery for ease of reference of varieties you may not be familiar with by name.
