Q & A
Q: You don't have much internet presence - Are you for real!?
A: Most of my work is referral, something I prefer and nurture. I don't openly advertise and supplement referral work with a basic HiPages plan that lets me pick and choose potential jobs. I have many references if required and do maintain this website.

Q: Do I have to pay any extra if I want some changes to an original plan?
A: An allowance of 2 hours of work is made for every plan for amendments. This usually covers tweaks to a plan without needing to pay extra. If any extra was to be charged it would be discussed prior to any work done.
Q: Do the plans come with accurate measurements so I can submit to Council/DA etc?
A: There are various plan styles - the general style is the Landscape Concept Plan. If a plan is needed with required measurements that is also an option, yes
Q: Are you a Landscaper as well and do Construction?
A: I am a Qualified Structural Landscaper who first started the journey in 1988 as an apprentice at the Royal Melbourne Botanical Gardens. As most people do, I have explored other avenues in life at times, but always come back to what I know best. I have been in the industry both commercially and domestically for over 25 years. As you could imagine it does take its toll physically, and I am dedicating most of my time to Landscape Design now. I still do some smaller projects however, and a lot of the Designs I draw up for smaller spaces I often construct as well.

Q: If you design a large project are you available to liaise with our Landscaper/Builder?
A: Absolutely.
Q: How much do plans cost?
A: There are variances in all plans due to the size and intricacy of the project and what level of detail is required. Please see pricing page for the general ranges of plan types.

Q: Not a question - but I'll kill all my plants, I just know it!
A: Hear it all the time! Even the experienced gardeners can lose some plants. However, with my plans you get a detailed Plant Gallery of plants used in your project and also a walkthrough on how to look after them. You are also welcome at anytime to contact me via email with photos of any concerns you have with stock. More often than not the problem is solved this way. I also offer a checkup/maintenance session 2-3 times a year.
